The Governing Council of Red Tributaria Lanzarote, chaired by the vice-president of the Cabildo de Lanzarote, María Jesús Tovar; approved the 2025 report in which data on both total collection and user satisfaction were shown.

Specifically, the collection amounts to 71.3 million euros, this being the largest amount collected in the entity's history. The president of Red Tributaria Lanzarote, María Jesús Tovar, first thanked "the excellent work and effort of the human team of the island's tax body". "As we carry out these documents year after year, it is reflected that the human quality of all the workers is immense, which allows the body to improve its numbers," she added.

This document also reflects the degree of satisfaction of users who go to Red Tributaria Lanzarote, whether at the central headquarters in Arrecife; or in the offices of San Bartolomé, Teguise, Tinajo and Haría; or through the Virtual Office. In this case, the data show that 98.4% of the ratings are positive by users, while 93.1% punctuality in appointments has also been achieved.

“More and more people are accessing their payment letters or other procedures through the Virtual Office. In fact, there is a growth of 36.23% compared to the previous year, reaching 317,829 services via telematic means,” pointed out the president of Red Tributaria.

Finally, Red Tributaria Lanzarote once again achieved the maximum score from the Transparency Commissioner of the Canary Islands, reaching 10 in the September 2025 publication, referring to the 2023/2024 fiscal years.

“Red Tributaria Lanzarote is an organization that functions correctly, orderly, and transparently; and positive data like these demonstrate it,” concluded Tovar.
