The Department of Youth of the Arrecife City Council, headed by Rosmen Quevedo, is preparing a unique event to celebrate Halloween night with the return of the Japan HorrorFest, an event that merges horror, Japanese culture, and the post-apocalyptic universe of the mythical video game Fallout.

Next October 31, the Arrecife Youth Center will be transformed into a scene devastated by nuclear war, full of retro-futuristic neon lights, gas masks, metal barrels, and mutant creatures, where young people can enjoy an immersive and unforgettable experience.

From 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., the public will be able to participate in a wide program that includes cosplay contests, themed workshops, a post-apocalyptic gymkhana, a gaming zone with horror games, an artist alley with local creators, raffles, and the screening of the Fallout series. In addition, a themed photocall and a House of Terror set in the game's universe will be set up.

"We want to offer the youth of Arrecife a different, creative, and participatory leisure alternative, which combines fun with geek culture and local artistic creation," highlighted Rosmen Quevedo, Councilor for Youth.

The event is organized by the Department of Youth of the Arrecife City Council and the Shin Sekai Association, with production by Virexion Producciones and collaboration from Toshi Games. Admission will be free, aimed especially at young people from 12 to 35 years old, fans of cosplay, video games, series, and alternative culture.
