The Patagonia Grill, Goliath and Mesana restaurants in Playa Honda have announced the closure of their doors after their owner tested positive for Covid.

In a statement, the owner of the restaurant states that he has decided to close "voluntarily" so as not to put workers and customers at risk, after he was informed on Sunday night that he had tested positive in the PCR that was carried out at the Molina Orosa Hospital.

Likewise, he points out that so far he is the "only positive" registered in the staff, although he points out that his workers "will begin to take the tests to clear up doubts."

"At the moment we are working on all the health protocols that are necessary to know the magnitude of this case," says the owner of the three restaurants, who points out that he will reopen the businesses "when it is in completely safe conditions."
