The decrease in active cases in Lanzarote, already falling to 4,303 this Sunday, is beginning to be noticed at the JosMolina Orosa Hospital. So much so, that there are currently 19 patients admitted to the ward, 12 less than a week ago. In addition, the Intensive Care Unit of the Molina Orosa continues to be free of Covid patients.
According to the Lanzarote Health Area, the people admitted are 10 women and 9 men, aged between 27 and 98 years old.
On the other hand, there are still 15 patients affected by the coronavirus in the Island Hospital, following the outbreak detected last week. However, the Health Area confirms that all of them "are doing well", since only one of them showed mild symptoms of the virus, while the rest are asymptomatic people.
