The State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) predicts that the heat and haze will continue this weekend in Lanzarote. Already on Thursday, the thermometers on the island reached 30 degrees in different points and were even reached in La Graciosa. The mass of African air has caused a feeling of mugginess that has joined the hail that fell yesterday afternoon in Playa Blanca.
For this Saturday, the skies in Lanzarote will be clear although with intervals of high clouds. The light haze will continue accompanying us one more day and temperatures will not experience major changes, with minimums of 20 and maximums of 27 degrees. As for the wind, it will blow from weak to moderate.
On Sunday the prediction will be similar, with cloudier skies in the first half of the day in the southeast of the island but that will give way to a sunny day with some high clouds. Temperatures will have a slight decrease, with minimums of 18 degrees and maximums of 25. The wind will be weak of variable direction on coasts, dominating the south component.
