The Haría City Council has today recognized the work of the residents who have participated in the creation of rosettes for the Christmas decoration of the municipality.
The Councilor for Citizen Participation, Paula Montero, explained that the works of the participants of the rosette workshop taught by the artisan Antonio Emilio will be exhibited in the Plaza de Haría during these Christmas holidays.
"These women have been working on the rosettes since the month of October and, thanks to their commitment to crafts and local culture, their works will see the light during these special dates," the councilor remarked.
In the same way, Montero thanked the involvement of the artisan Antonio Emilio when teaching these workshops and being part of this enriching initiative.
From the City Council, it is recalled that this Friday, December 1, at 6:30 p.m., the Christmas lights of the municipality will be turned on, followed by a performance by the Rancho de Pascua de Haría.
