The most handsome man in Spain was born in Zaragoza 23 years ago and is a promoter by profession. His name is Guillermo García Becerril, and he has won the title of "Mister Spain 2009" on the night of last Saturday, November 28, at a gala held in a hotel in Playa Blanca.
A young man from Aragon who says he has fulfilled "a dream" by obtaining the sash that officially accredits him as the most handsome man in our country. "I knew I had my opportunity, but I didn't expect it", declared the new Mister after receiving the sash from his predecessor, José Manuel Montalvo.
Juan Carlos Morejón, Mister Málaga, was also chosen as first runner-up at the gala, and José Enrique Martín, Mister Sevilla, as second runner-up. The title of Mister Congeniality, voted among the candidates themselves, was awarded to David Espinosa, Mister Pontevedra, and the title of Mister Elegance went to the representative of Salamanca, Eduardo Isaac González.
