From Punta del Hidalgo, a coastal town belonging to the municipality of San Cristóbal de La Laguna in Tenerife, and his birthplace, the singer Chago Melián set off to begin his summer concerts, which he himself has called "Entre Cuerdas" (Between Strings). On Friday afternoon he began his tour on the island of Lanzarote, choosing the town of Mácher for this purpose. A place that is immersed in the celebration of the festivities in honor of its patron saint San Pedro.

Chago Melián arrived accompanied by four great professional musicians who make each of the concerts have certain different musical twists. "Entre Cuerdas" takes a journey through the music of the world, always collecting some of those songs that over the years are still very much alive. This meant that the residents of Mácher and all those who enjoyed the concert were singing as much or more than the singer himself for almost two hours.

Yanira Martín with her harp, Akior García on percussion, Ruimán Martín on bass and Emilio Negrín, a true phenomenon as there is no instrument that can resist him, was in charge of playing the Hawaiian guitar, also the Spanish guitar and the timple. Melián is a singer who lets himself be loved and also connects immediately with the audience that comes to his concerts and in Mácher he managed to take them all on a journey around the world through music, visiting countries such as Italy, England, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Hawaii and Spain among others. He chose the most representative songs from each of the countries. The singer was so comfortable with the participation of the public that he told his musicians to come down from the stage with some of the instruments. And so a cappella, they continued singing, ending with a medley of the famous Trío Los Panchos with intertwined songs such as, Si tú me dices ven, El Reloj, Toda una Vida etc. Chago Melián and his musicians conquered the audience of Mácher who said goodbye with loud applause.
