Maritime Rescue has rescued another two inflatable boats with 109 people on board in the early hours of the morning. According to the Emergency Consortium, they have been transferred to the Commercial dock at around 06:00 this Sunday where they have been assisted by the Red Cross.
In the two boats, 90 men, 14 women, one of them pregnant, and five children, some of whom are of sub-Saharan origin and others Moroccan.
Since this Saturday, five boats have arrived on the coasts of Lanzarote. In total, there have been 256 people traveling in the four boats.
