The well-known public relations Alejandro Morales (The Prince of the Night) passed away on the night of this Sunday, May 15, at the San Roque Clinic, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, where he remained admitted. He was 71 years old.
His body is being veiled at the Santa Brígida funeral home. On the afternoon of this Monday, at 5:30 p.m., a mass will be celebrated in his memory in the parish of Santa Brígida and then his body will be cremated in San Miguel.
"The newspaper LA PROVINCIA was the one who opened the doors and turned him into a character. In 1982, Alejando began to publish the weekly page, 'Summer Date'" recalled journalist Marisol Ayala
The phrase "he is worth more for what he keeps silent than for what he says" becomes a reality in Alejandro, the man who was a reference for social chronicles in the Canary Islands and later in Madrid, Ayala recalled. In addition to Gran Canaria, he resided between Lanzarote and Madrid, where he developed the image of tourism projects, Ayala recalled.
His appearances on social chronicle television programs were frequent and the parties he organized with the presence of numerous well-known faces were well remembered.
