The Honda 70s, those small motorcycles that were all the rage among young people in the Canary Islands in the 80s and 90s, are still rolling on the roads of Lanzarote. Coming from different parts of the island, as well as from Fuerteventura and Tenerife, a total of 29 motorcycle enthusiasts gathered last Sunday for the second "Honda 70" route, on the occasion of the festivities in honor of San Pedro, in Mácher.

The tour began at 10:30 a.m. in Mácher. There, the bikers prepared for a trip through Yaiza, Hervideros, El Golfo, Montañas del Fuego, Tinajo, La Santa, Soo, Famara, San Bartolomé and Puerto del Carmen.

In addition, when the bikers returned to Mácher, they exhibited their motorcycles to all the residents of the town. They also celebrated a fraternal meal and reviewed the stores specializing in Honda 70s, as well as their replicas.

To conclude this day on two wheels, the participants held a raffle of spare parts and accessories for the motorcycle.
