The Tías City Council has proceeded this Thursday to close the rural roads of the municipality for the use of quads or special all-terrain four-wheeled vehicles similar to motorcycles. During the morning of this Thursday, thirteen prohibition signs have been placed in order to regulate circulation on these roads.
