The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food Sovereignty of the Government of the Canary Islands has accredited and recognized the legalization of two livestock farms in Lanzarote.
One of the affected livestock facilities is Pleamar Lanzarote SL, which will receive this accreditation recognizing its legalization this Tuesday, in Haría. Meanwhile, the Canary Islands government has reported that it will also present a plaque to the livestock company Quesería El Faro, in Teguise, which has recently been legalized.
According to what the Canary Executive has announced, these two livestock farms are located in Haría and Teguise. Both were regularized in the Governing Council after a series of prior procedures.
This implies that for future inspections, both livestock farms will be legalized, according to sources from the Ministry who told La Voz.
At the ceremony for the presentation of both accreditations, scheduled for this Tuesday, the Canary Islands Minister of Livestock, Narvay Quintero; the president of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, Oswaldo Betancort; and the Director General of Livestock, Andrés Díaz Matoso, will be present.
