Two assaults took place last weekend, one in the streets of Arrecife in which a knife was used, and the other in a famous nightclub in Puerto del Carmen.
According to data provided by the NGO Spanish Red Cross, which transported the two victims by ambulance to the General Hospital, at approximately 05:13 hours on Sunday morning, the health personnel of an assistance unit had to assist a young man injured after an altercation in the Ibiza nightclub on Avenida de Las Playas.
After the assault inside the premises, where the Local Police of Tías immediately appeared, a 25-year-old male suffered injuries and contusions to the lobe of his left ear.
On the other hand, at approximately 23:00 hours last Sunday on Doctor Fleming street in Arrecife an individual stabbed the ring finger and little finger of the left hand of a 34-year-old citizen, with the Red Cross evacuating the young man to the hospital.

In addition, accidents on the roads of Lanzarote were not lacking during this past Monday. On the one hand, up to four cars were involved in a multiple collision that occurred on Monday afternoon near the Local Police barracks in Costa Teguise, although there was almost no personal injury to regret. The only slightly injured person refused to be transferred to the General Hospital.
And almost at the same time on Monday afternoon, another traffic accident took place, this time near the Ramírez gas station in Playa Honda. The accident left a 16-year-old boy injured after his motorcycle collided with a car.
A Red Cross ambulance transported the patient to the General Hospital, as he presented with a contusion to his hip and a possible sprain of his left ankle.
