Two vehicles collided in the early hours of Tuesday, on the road between Playa Blanca and Femés. The incident took place at 00.45 hours near the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The cars collided when one of them was traveling towards Femés and the other was traveling towards Playa Blanca. The causes of the accident are being investigated.
Two people were injured in the accident, although of a minor nature. Both were transferred by staff of the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) to the Playa Blanca Health Center.
In addition to the SUC, agents of the Civil Guard Traffic, Local Police and Civil Protection of Yaiza traveled to the scene.
