Civil Guard agents attached to the Investigation Area of the Main Post of Vecindario initiated a series of investigations in order to clarify several robberies recently committed inside parked vehicles both in parking lots of commercial areas and in the vicinity of places of public recreation in the aforementioned town in southeastern Gran Canaria.
The criminals seized numerous music devices as well as personal effects, while also causing serious damage to the damaged vehicles.
The various investigations carried out to locate the perpetrators of such acts, allowed to determine and establish their identity, which were arrested after verifying their involvement in a still undetermined number of robberies.
The young M.P.S., and A.R.F., 19 and 21 years old respectively, both residents of Vecindario, have been accused of a continued crime of robbery with force, who were placed at judicial disposal in San Bartolomé de Tirajana.
The Civil Guard continues with the efforts aimed at recovering the stolen effects and to investigate the participation of the detainees in other criminal acts.
