The Local Police of Tías arrested two people last Friday while they were dragging the cables they were stealing from the Mácher electrical substation to a car they had parked nearby. In fact, it was the presence of the vehicle that raised suspicions and made an anonymous call warn the Police force of the parking of said vehicle for a long period of time.
The agents moved to the place and realized that 250 meters away, there were thirteen pieces of cable. Apparently, the alleged perpetrators entered the facilities and extracted several portions of a coil of bronze wiring. The two people were arrested as alleged perpetrators of a theft of electrical material.
