As reported yesterday by the capital's Local Police, the three mentioned disobeyed the indications of the police when they were going to identify them on Fred Olsen Avenue in Arrecife, after observing how they introduced a large television into a car, a Peugeot 206. Thus, they began the flight through the streets of the island's capital, being pursued by officials to the Montaña Blanca road, where the vehicle of the three defendants ended up leaving the road, entering a ditch, where the arrests took place.
The television they were carrying, indicates a police statement, is the product of a robbery committed in a bar of a gas station and, the vehicle used had been allegedly stolen. The detainees, together with the police proceedings instructed, were placed at judicial disposition.
