The National Police have arrested in Arrecife a 59-year-old man wanted by the German authorities for alleged drug trafficking and homicide offenses.
The detainee resided in the capital of Lanzarote with a false identity and had pending cases in the aforementioned country for drug trafficking and homicide.
Once placed at the disposal of the competent judicial authority, his imprisonment was ordered until his extradition, as reported this Tuesday in a statement by the Superior Headquarters of the Police of the Canary Islands.
