Agents of the Civil Guard of the Güímar Station have charged a 55-year-old company manager with a crime of sexual harassment in the workplace, for making unwanted touching of an employee.
The events were reported by an employee of a company, who reported unwanted touching, and sexual harassment since November 2005 by the defendant, who performs the duties of manager of the company where the victim works.
The Armed Institute has reported the complaint to the Investigating Court of Güímar, to which it has delivered the instructed proceedings. The defendant has been summoned to appear before the judge.
