Agents of the Specialized and Violent Crime Unit (UDEV) of the National Police have arrested the alleged perpetrator of the knife-point robbery in a store in Argana Alta on October 28. In addition, he is charged with other robberies committed in two establishments in the capital in the same week.
The detainee is a young man from Arrecife, born in 1999, who had already accumulated a total of eight police records. His arrest took place on the morning of October 29, that is, the day after the robbery in the store, and he has already been recognized by the witness.
The young man is also being investigated for being the alleged perpetrator of the robbery in a call center on the same day, as well as another similar event in a recreational hall on October 22.
The detainee has been brought to judicial disposition and the proceedings are being processed in the Investigating Court number 2 of Arrecife.
