Members of the Local Police of Tías arrested Sarro M.T., an Italian citizen, 27 years old and resident in Playa Honda, on December 31st at dawn, who is accused of committing a crime of disturbing public order in a leisure venue.
According to a police statement, once the agents were required at the scene, the aforementioned offered a strong resistance, insulting the police officers and having to be reduced by force to be arrested.
On the other hand, the Local Police of Tías arrested Rosendo D.G., a native of Pontevedra, 36 years old and resident in Puerto del Carmen, on January 1st in the morning, who is accused of a crime of robbery inside a house.
A letter sent from the southern police station explains that the defendant was surprised by the owner of a house in Puerto del Carmen when, upon arriving at his home, he found the aforementioned individual inside his home trying to steal his clothes and jewelry.
After notifying the Police, the local agents proceeded to arrest him.
Both detainees were given the appropriate police proceedings before being placed at the disposal of the court.
