A minivan and a minibus were involved this Friday in a spectacular traffic accident in San Bartolomé. The smaller vehicle ended up running off the road and overturning on the LZ-35, at the exit of the municipality.
According to reports from the Security and Emergency Consortium, the accident did not leave anyone trapped, although the health services have had to act. From 112 they specify that they have had to transfer two people to the hospital in an ambulance: a 46-year-old woman with an anxiety crisis and a 49-year-old man with a slight trauma to the shoulder. Both were traveling in the minivan that ended up overturned.
For their part, the firefighters proceeded to disconnect the vehicle's battery and turned it over to put it on its wheels to neutralize the fuel spill it presented. Finally, they reconditioned the road by removing the remains of the minivan.
Personnel from the Civil Guard and agents from the Local Police also traveled to the scene.
