The Local Police of Tías, in collaboration with the Civil Guard, arrested Pedro G.M. on the 28th as the alleged perpetrator of an attempted robbery with force. The agents surprised him when he was allegedly forcing a vehicle in the tourist area of Puerto del Carmen, according to a statement.
A day later they arrested Cvidiu L., a native of Romania, for an alleged crime of injury. According to these same sources, Cvidiu "beat up a compatriot, causing injuries to his chest, as well as the loss of several teeth."
On March 1, agents arrested Kyle Thomas and Victoria K., both of British nationality, accused of being the perpetrators of 13 thefts in public establishments. According to the police, the individuals involved accessed "mainly supermarkets", where they allegedly stole "numerous items".
On the 2nd, Michel Jonay C.M. was arrested, accused of a robbery in a property. He allegedly took computer and photographic material from the house. "The perpetrator, taking advantage of his friendship with the tenant of the house, accessed it and stole the aforementioned items, which were recovered," reported the Local Police of Tías. In addition, after the investigation, another person was arrested who was allegedly the recipient of the stolen objects.
Agents have also arrested a minor in recent days, who is allegedly involved in the damage caused to a sports venue worth more than 2,000 euros. All the accused have been brought to justice, after the instruction of the corresponding proceedings.
