A man has been seriously injured after overturning with his vehicle on the LZ-401, near the Muñique area, in the municipality of Teguise.
The accident occurred at approximately 18:28 this Monday when CECOES received an alert about the rollover. Agents of the Civil Guard, Local Police, two ambulances, one basic life support and another medicalized from the Canary Emergency Service and the Emergency Consortium have traveled to the scene.
Once at the scene of the accident, the firefighters secured the damaged vehicle and released its occupant from inside the passenger compartment.
The healthcare personnel assessed the affected person, who presented serious polytrauma, and after being stabilized, he was evacuated in a medicalized ambulance to Molina Orosa.
The Local Police officers have collaborated with the rest of the emergency resources and the Civil Guard has carried out the corresponding report.
