A 45-year-old man was arrested last Thursday by the Civil Guard of Tías as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of sexual abuse of a minor. The victim is 17 years old and suffers from autism, so the events would have the aggravating factor of her special vulnerability.
After his arrest, the investigated was brought to judicial disposition and his entry into provisional prison was decreed, due to risk of escape, while the instruction of the cause continues.
The complaint was filed last Wednesday and the arrest occurred the following day. According to the account of the minor's family, when the events occurred she was going to class by bus, and a man followed her.
From the Civil Guard they point out that there was no relationship between them, but he approached her and committed the alleged abuses against her.
Now, the investigation is awaiting the forensic expert test, to determine the scope of the alleged crime.
