Firefighters rescued this Thursday morning a person who had fallen on the rocks near Playa Mujeres, in Playa Blanca, as reported by the Security and Emergency Consortium.
Upon arriving at the scene, emergency services found the person in an area where, to access them, they had to go through a stretch of stones.
After managing to reach the injured person, the firefighters assessed them and observed that they could have a sprained ankle. Therefore, they proceeded to place a splint and transferred them in a nest stretcher to the ambulance of the Canary Islands Emergency Service, where the health personnel attended to the injured person.
