A fire that broke out in the early hours of this Friday has affected a boat and several vehicles on a plot of land located on Avenida Los Geranios, in the Maneje neighborhood, in Arrecife.
According to reports from the Lanzarote Safety and Emergency Consortium, the alert was received at around 1:30 in the morning, when CECOES 1-1-2 reported a fire affecting a boat parked in the area.
Firefighters went to the scene and proceeded to put out the flames using sprayed water and later foam to prevent the fire from reigniting.
Once the fire was extinguished, the teams carried out cooling and verification tasks in the affected area before returning to the station. No injuries have been reported in the incident.
Local and National Police agents went to the scene.
