A car caught fire this Wednesday afternoon in Punta Mujeres. The fire took place around 6:30 p.m. in a vehicle that had apparently been parked in the same place for months.
The fire caused a large column of smoke that could be seen from different points of the coastal town.
Once alerted by the CECOES, agents of the Local Police, the Civil Guard and firefighters have moved to the scene.
The firefighters put out the fire with water jets. The vehicle has been completely burned.
