The Santo Domingo Convent hosted this Friday the show "Te canto un bolero" by Caco Senante, an event that is part of the programming of the Timple House Museum of Teguise.

In the show "Te canto un bolero"", Senante took a tour of Hispanic romantic songs, many of them composed by himself. Titles such as "Yolanda", a myth of the Cuban singer-songwriter Pablo Milanés or "Ay Santa Cruz" by the Madrid composer, Fernando García Morillo, one of the most beautiful songs that has been written to Santa Cruz de Tenerife. To these works Caco was adding to the repertoire of boleros, both classics and of his authorship.

He was accompanied by a magnificent band led by the majorero Carlos Cabrera. Senante delighted an audience that had not had the opportunity to see the Tenerife native live for some time. During the concert he reminded those present that he was the first to sing in the auditorium of the Cueva de Los Verdes. He finished his performance with the public standing and applauding his dedication and mastery.

The Councilor for Culture of the Teguise City Council, Nori Machín, and the Commissioner of the House-Museum, Benito Cabrera, presented him with the poster announcing the concert.

The next activity of the Timple House-Museum will take place next Friday, October 7, with a new edition of the "Bio Ritmos Festival", which will feature the presence of the groups: Korrontzi, Vocal Siete, Vientos de Salmor and Woman Batuca. With free admission to the Amphitheater of Las Cucharas Beach in Costa Teguise starting at 8:30 p.m.
