Psychologist and emotional therapist Silvia Congost managed to bring the audience that filled the capacity of the Jameos del Agua Auditorium to their feet last Friday to attend "Objetivo Amarte".
From the Tourist Centers they point out that it was "a transforming journey" that taught the viewer to "analyze their history, to decide how they want their present and future relationships with others to be."
"The public surrendered from the first moment to an immersive and participatory experience that provides the appropriate information to grow in self-esteem and escape from toxic relationships,” they add from the CACT.
Congost, for her part, confessed on her social networks to having lived one of the “most unforgettable” experiences of her life at the Jameos del Agua Auditorium.
The CEO of the Tourist Centers, Benjamín Perdomo, wants to thank Congost for “her dedication and generosity on stage”, and hopes that “Objetivo Amarte” has helped the attendees “find the answers they were looking for to improve their lives in a critical moment in which we have to take care of our mental health”
