Pastora Soler's debut in Lanzarote, singing with her band in the town square of Yaiza, was "truly spectacular"; the response from the public and the connection of hundreds of people enjoying together with an amazing artist of overwhelming personality throughout the concert, summarizes the magic that adorned, and in what way, the epilogue of the southern celebrations in honor of the Virgen de Los Remedios.

With a carefully chosen repertoire, Pastora chronologically narrated the story of her artistic life, with her sweetest and saddest moments as well, and the audience empathized with her, for her talent, for her powerful voice, for her impeccable interpretation and for the content of the lyrics.

The first part had its point of vindication through art, a toast to life, a nod to the LGTBI collective and a loud reminder to women who are victims of violence blinded by love. It didn't take long for Pastora to warm up the atmosphere and completely captivate the audience, she didn't do it alone, she achieved it accompanied by her musicians: two guitars, a bass, a drums and a piano, the latter responsible for the musical direction, pure strength and rhythm to a top-notch live performance.

'Trinia' sounded, reflecting her childhood immersed in copla, at the age of 14 she was already on the stages of Andalusia. Pastora had ambition to discover new sounds, she wanted to evolve and that's how she tried with the ballad. In Yaiza she performed 'Un ramito violetas' acoustically, there the audience followed her with the choirs to be complicit in the song of her rebellious adolescence.

However, the world of music is part of this world of numbers and not of another of dreams and desires. Conclusion, they sent her to unemployment. She then opted for music with a little more "soniquete" and from the age of 20 her first successes arrived.

"For me this lyric is sweet, it's a cake", she refers to the song 'Y qué pequeña soy yo', which she performed in Yaiza accompanied only by the piano. At the time, she managed to produce it musically "but then again they gave me the letter of freedom. I am one of those who think that you have to believe in dreams and keep going".

That was her last great disappointment because then would come the successes that keep her as a top-level artist in Spain singing what she wants because she has earned it. 'Solo tú', is one of her hits that she shared in Yaiza, as she shared 'La mala costumbre', a song that is hard for her to sing because it stirs up family feelings, but she sang it in Yaiza getting off the stage, at the foot of the audience, next to the hundreds of people who acclaimed her.

Pastora could not leave Yaiza without giving away her emblematic song 'Quédate conmigo', with which she represented Spain in Eurovision 2012. Before her first farewell she sang 'Qué será de nadie' and 'Qué no daría yo', and of course, the ovation from the public made her return, and with a lot of energy, a medley of rhythmic songs with which Pastora Soler definitively said goodbye to Yaiza and Lanzarote, grateful for the invitation from the Yaiza City Council and the Cabildo de Lanzarote through the Centers of Art, Culture and Tourism. Still with the good taste of the concert, a large part of the public remained a few more minutes in the square and its surroundings to see the fireworks, so ended the magical southern night that opened before Pastora Soler the young singer from the municipality of Yaiza, Elieser Betancort, a very beloved artist with an incredible projection.
