Lanzarote experienced this Saturday, June 14, one of the most memorable events of its cultural calendar with the performance of the iconic Mexican group Maná, who made the Lava Live stage tremble before thousands of devoted attendees. With all tickets sold out, the most rock-oriented day of this festival —which celebrates its first edition with resounding success— began at 6:00 PM with the powerful live performance of the Lanzarote group Drûpe, who made it clear that local talent has a lot to say.

At 7:30 PM, it was the turn of the Valencians Los Zigarros, who offered a vibrant show as luxury opening act. Their energy served as the perfect warm-up to welcome, at 9:30 PM, the main stars of the night: Maná.

With a review of their greatest hits and an impressive staging, the band led by Fher Olvera conquered the audience with their unmistakable mix of rock, pop, and Latin heart. From “Rayando el sol” to “Clavado en un bar”, the repertoire was sung along from beginning to end by a devoted audience, on a night that has already earned a prominent place in the collective memory of the people of Lanzarote.

The entertainment between recitals was provided by DJ Ángel Pérez, who kept the energy of the venue at all times.

The success of this weekend raises expectations for the upcoming events of the festival, which will return on July 25 with Steve Aoki, Rels B, Justin Quiles, Luck Ra, and Sumaya Vb, and will continue on July 26 with Estopa, Kapo, St. Pedro, and Toni Bob.
