The emblematic Palacio de la Prensa, on Madrid's Gran Vía, became this Thursday a privileged showcase for the promotion of the Lava Live Festival, the musical event organized by Preventos Media that will be held in Lanzarote on June 13 and 15 and July 25 and 26.

The main sponsors, the Island Council, the Centers of Art, Culture and Tourism (CACT) and the Arrecife City Council, publicly presented the official spot of this second edition, which has been prominently projected on the exterior digital screens of the building in front of the Plaza de Callao for weeks.

The initiative was attended by the president of the Cabildo de Lanzarote, Oswaldo Betancort, who stressed that "Lava Live is a different cultural product that is already a source of pride for us and that will bring tourism and economy to the island."

The mayor of Arrecife, Yonathan de León, recalled the interest of this campaign, "on a road through which six million people pass every week" and thanked the effort of the other institutions to make the festival go ahead.

For his part, the CEO of CACT, Ángel Vázquez, emphasized the importance of offering a show of this magnitude and quality to the youth of the island "without them having to leave home."

Also present were the CEO of SPEL-Turismo Lanzarote, Héctor Hernández, and the president of the Chamber of Commerce, José Valle.

In this sense, the promotional action was especially aimed at young people from the Canary Islands who study in the capital. Coinciding with the institutional event, a challenge was launched on social networks, specifically on the Instagram profile of the event (@lavalivefest), where a raffle continues for a week, in which participants can win 10 double tickets.

The Lanzarote influencer, Noel Bayarri, with more than 620,000 followers on Instagram, has put a face and stimulus to this first campaign to raise awareness of the concerts in the peninsula, in order to attract young people and culture lovers to discover the island of the Volcanoes and all it offers.
