Starting next September 19, the residents of San Bartolomé will have at their disposal a personalized online training platform. "We intend to provide tools to our residents, and also to our businesses, to substantially improve their professional qualifications, which will result in the improvement of the procedures, products and services they carry out in our municipality,” said the mayor, Isidro Pérez.
The project has been carried out through the Local Employment and Development Agency, in collaboration with the Commerce Council led by Alma González, and aims to "help" residents in the municipality in "the search for job opportunities."
The online platform has been developed by the company TriaFormación, which specializes in comprehensive training for companies and administrations. "It is accessible to all citizens 24 hours a day, seven days a week, offering quality training aimed at improving the opportunities of users in the labor market," they emphasize from the City Council.
The courses offered will be gradually renewed from time to time and the only requirement to register is to be registered in the municipality. Once enrolled, students will obtain the access codes that will allow them to sign up for the courses they want.
"The current world, in constant change, requires people who know how to adapt to the new and diverse situations demanded in the labor world, and more and more, companies are looking for professionals with the necessary knowledge to develop their business plan in a completely technological environment," said the mayor.
That is why, he says, they have promoted this training platform, "easy to use, with intuitive handling, and accessible from all devices, whether computer, mobile phone or tablet." The training actions will be aimed at improving the knowledge of users based on the needs of the labor market, as well as the professional skills of workers in companies based in San Bartolomé.
