The Tourist Centers will incorporate the Dynamic Acquisition System (DAS), a rationalization procedure in public procurement for current use purchases that is fully electronic and open throughout its validity to any interested company that meets the selection criteria.
The CEO of the area, Benjamín Perdomo, has pointed out that this tool, "a pioneer in the public administrations of the island, facilitates greater concurrence of companies and individuals in any phase of the process in which they are interested, and guarantees savings for the Entity and greater transparency in the resolution of the files".
The Dynamic Acquisition System guarantees a greater number of offers and, therefore, the improvement of competition in the provision of services and/or supplies.
Specifically, the process will be developed in two phases, in the first, companies will undergo the prior controls for their approval as a supplier of the entity and in the second they will be able to present their offers to the purchases made by the entity related to the supplies or services in which they have been approved.
In this way, suppliers will be informed at all times and in real time of all purchases made from the Tourist Centers.
Thus, from today, companies that want to participate in the DAS process of the Tourist Centers must request it through the VORTAL company platform, contracted for this procedure, and register through the link on its website.
