In the midst of the debate on the declaration of a tourist moratorium in the Canary Islands and with mobilizations planned in five islands of the Archipelago to demand tourist degrowth, the Cabildo de Lanzarote has unanimously authorized a new hotel in the coastal town of Playa Blanca, in the municipality of Yaiza.

With the aim of continuously training its staff and collaborating in the training of unemployed people to incorporate them into the hotel staff.

After that, the competent body to agree on its authorization was the Island Government Council of the Cabildo de Lanzarote.
