The Tías Town Council has congratulated the owners, management team and staff of the Bakour Lanzarote Splash hotel, formerly Apartamentos Puerto del Carmen, after investing some eight million euros in its comprehensive renovation.
The mayor of Tías, José Juan Cruz, has expressed his satisfaction for the effort made "to improve the quality of the facilities, distinguish themselves and overcome the existing competitiveness in other destinations, which brings quality and excellence to the tourist area of Puerto del Carmen."
Meanwhile, the Councilor for Classified Activities, Mariana Pérez, recently visited the accommodation complex, "which has been successfully renovated with a design planned for a family vacation achieving maximum visitor satisfaction, all aligned with contemporary interior and exterior design standards," she said.
Tías has highlighted that the "hotel remodeling represents an improvement in user satisfaction, better image, greater operational efficiency, improvement of energy performance, increased valuation, better income and occupancy and less competition."
Bakour Lanzarote Splash has been described on its website as "a completely renovated hotel designed for a fun family vacation. A wonderful resort with a water park with slides and a children's entertainment program so that the little ones have a great time. All this accompanied by complete facilities and an all-inclusive service so that your only concern is to enjoy yourself to the fullest."
