After the limitations to travel during the pandemic, cruisers are demanding longer trips and to more distant destinations.
A good example of this is the journey being prepared by the Carnival Corporation shipping company for its Seabourn Sojourn cruise, which will visit Lanzarote and 60 other destinations on 5 continents throughout the 140 days of navigation.
The trip around the world, which will begin on January 6 in Miami and end in Barcelona on May 27, in addition to visiting Lanzarote, also makes a stop in Gran Canaria.
The route includes, among other places, the cities of Lima, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Mombasa, Cape Town, Durban, Dakar, Accra and Casablanca. The cruise will also visit the South Pacific islands in French Polynesia, Fiji, Vanuatu, the Cook Islands, Tonga, Easter Island and Papua New Guinea.
The cheapest ticket for this cruise around the world amounts to 67,199 euros according to the shipping company.
