The dizzying rise in prices in Haría and San Bartolomé in recent months has made Teguise the second cheapest municipality on the island to buy a home, only behind Arrecife, according to data from idealista.com published by the Lanzarote Data Center.
In December, the square meter in Haría was priced at 3,070 euros, a price that represents an increase of 52.7% compared to the same month of the previous year.
Meanwhile, in **San Bartolomé**, prices **have risen by 47.3%** in the last year to **2,936 euros** per square meterInstead, in the municipality of **Teguise**, prices have risen by **8.1%** in the last twelve months, leaving the average price per square meter at **2,883 euros**.Regarding **Tías and Yaiza**, prices have risen considerably less, by **1.2% and 2.5% respectively**, but they have been much higher than those in the municipality of Teguise for years
Currently, the square meter costs 3,759 euros in Tías and 3,655 euros in Yaiza.
Arrecife, where prices have increased by 9.9% in the last year, continues to be the cheapest municipality on the island to purchase a home. The square meter in the island's capital currently costs an average of 2,135 euros.
