The price of housing in Arrecife has experienced a revaluation of 7.11% in the first half of the year, after the increase of 11.22% with which it ended 2017, so that the average price in the municipality has stood at 1,265 euros per square meter, according to the real estate portal Precioviviendas.com
However, on Avenida Mancomunidad the average price has reached 1,750 euros per square meter in the first semester, with prices increasing on average by 16.97% and becoming the most expensive road in the municipality, based on the analysis of the price of all homes in Arrecife carried out by this real estate portal, according to which "it is possible to know which are the streets of the municipality where on average it is more expensive to buy a home, or what is the same, the streets with a higher average price".
Avenida Mancomunidad is followed by Calle García de Hita with an average price of 1,684 euros per square meter and in third place Calle Galicia with an average price of 1,666 euros per square meter. Behind are Calle Democracia, with an average price of 1,656 euros per square meter; Calle Coruña, where the average price is 1,631 per square meter; Calle Ruperto González Negrín, with an average price of 1,610 euros per square meter; Calle Almirante Boado Endeiza, where the average price is 1,599 euros per square meter; Calle Quiroga, with an average price of 1,577 euros per square meter; Avenida La Marina, where the average price is 1,575 per square meter and Avenida Fred Olsen, with an average price of 1,573 euros per square meter.
The analysis carried out by Precioviviendas.com values the 22,209 homes that make up the Arrecife real estate park, which currently have a market value of 2,670 million euros.
