In annual figures, they are above the average (2.9%) in the Basque Country (3.5%), the Balearic Islands (3.4%), Aragon and Asturias (both with 3.2%), the Valencian Community and Madrid (both with 3.1%) and Catalonia and Navarra (3.0% in both territories).
Less than the national average, prices have risen in a year in Andalusia, Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura and Melilla (2.8%), in Cantabria, Castilla y León, Galicia and La Rioja (2.7%), in Murcia and Ceuta (2.3%) and in Canary Islands, which registers the lowest rate, with 2.1%.
By groups, the one that rose the most in Spain, Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels, grew more in the Valencian Community (5.0%) and Asturias and the Basque Country (4.8%), and less in Ceuta (2.6%), the Canary Islands (2.8%) and Madrid (2.9%).
Food - grouped with non-alcoholic beverages - increased its cost more in Ceuta (1.0%) and the Balearic Islands and Murcia (0.9%), by only one tenth (0.1%) in Melilla and Aragon and only two (0.2%) in Extremadura.
With the sales, the Clothing and footwear group reduced its prices sharply in all communities, more in Murcia (13.4%), the Canary Islands (13.2%) and La Rioja (13.0%), and less in Aragon (9.3%), Asturias (10.1%) and Andalusia (10.4%).
The cost of Leisure and culture also fell, more in Navarra (4.3%), the Basque Country (4.2%) and Catalonia (3.8%) and less in Ceuta (2.0%), the Canary Islands (2.2%) and Extremadura (2.4%).
