After the success achieved in the first two editions, Canarias es Talento returns to Lanzarote, with its III Meeting on Tourism Talent Management, an unmissable event that will take place on October 17 at the Hotel Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa, in Puerto Calero.
The meeting, organized by ASOLAN, in collaboration with the Lanzarote Tourism Federation, the Cabildo de Lanzarote, and Turismo Lanzarote, is presented as a unique space to reflect on the importance of talent management, which is a decisive differentiating factor compared to other destinations and a key tool to face the current challenges of the industry.

The presentations will be given by leading voices in the field of human resources, innovation, training, and leadership. These include Eva Aguado, territorial coordinator for the Central South region of CaixaBank Dualiza, who leads projects to promote Vocational Training and Dual Vocational Training; Lluís Soldevila, professor at ESADE Business School and considered one of the ten most influential speakers in the world on digital leadership in Spanish; Manuel Acevedo, human resources manager and HR Regional for the Canary Islands and Portugal at Hyatt Inclusive Collection; and Mónica Encinoso, sales executive at Turijobs in the Canary Islands, a leading employment platform in tourism and hospitality.
In addition, Innovaris Consultores will present the conclusions of the study commissioned by Asolan on professional profiles in the tourism value chain of Lanzarote and La Graciosa, and two round tables will be held. The first, entitled "Professional careers in the tourism sector" and the second, "Tourism companies, management and retention of talent".
These presentations and round tables will allow attendees to discover the latest trends and best practices in talent management, in addition to presenting success stories that inspire new ways of facing the changes and demands of a constantly evolving sector.
