Grupo Itevelesa, a leading Spanish company in the Vehicle Technical Inspection business, begins 2020 structured in two large divisions: Automotive, with the areas Red Itevelesa and Cysda; and Industry & Infrastructure, with Ingein and Itegas. At the same time, it is carrying out a profound redesign of its corporate image to promote digitization and greater connection with its customers.

In the Automotive Division, Red Itevelesa is a leader in ITV at the national level and has a presence in 10 autonomous communities with 70 fixed and 20 mobile ITV stations, carrying out more than 2.2 million vehicle inspections annually, the company ends the year with the launch of its new corporate image to re-connect with its current and future customers.

Founded in 1982, Grupo Itevelesa has been expanding throughout the Spanish geography. The company feels the Canary Islands as its land and, for this reason, it has four ITV stations on the islands: two stations in Las Palmas, one in La Palma and one more, the ITV of Playa Honda in Lanzarote, located in C/ Canto El Jable, nº 7, in the industrial area of Playa Honda.

With the change of brand, the leading ITV company has further consolidated the values on which it builds its identity: reinforcement of road safety, protection of the Environment and total orientation to the customer experience. Its motto "we connect with you" hides behind an exquisite play on words that imbricates the concept of National Network with everything that the company offers its customers: innovation, digitization, transformation, technology, quality, safety? In short, all its values have a final objective: customer satisfaction through digitization and efficiency.

 

Through the new brand


Red Itevelesa wants to convey to its customers a different conception about ITV and, for this reason, the company has developed a communication and image change plan. This is based on digitization, optimization of waiting times and the promotion of road safety and the environment so that all its customers -current and future- feel that the ITV stations are welcoming, close and efficient spaces.

 

Digitization and Digital Transformation     


Parallel to the development of a more modern and close corporate image, Red Itevelesa was ahead in its sector with the Digital ITV, defined as a unique and disruptive service in the market. It could be defined as a technical inspection at the click of a button, according to which drivers -upon arrival at the centers- go directly to the inspection line. At the end, they do not need to wait to complete the administrative procedure.

This new service is available at ITV Las Rozas in Madrid, although work is already underway on a national implementation plan during the last quarter of 2019. Therefore, this initiative aims to digitize the inspection phase eliminating administrative processes and making the delivery of documentation more efficient, thus reducing waiting times and improving customer satisfaction.
