How to recover the money that companies contribute for professional training? By contracting training for your company and then deducting the price of the course from the monthly payment of your workers' social security. The credit available to companies depends on two things: 1. Amount contributed for professional training in the previous year; 2. No. of workers. In no case will the credit be less than €420.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE COMPANY DOES NOT USE THIS CREDIT? IT IS LOST.
We have a wide catalog of TELE-TRAINING courses for workers, as well as FACE-TO-FACE courses, including the courses required by the COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION SECTOR OR THE METAL INDUSTRY SECTOR. In the case of the latter, workers will obtain certificates from an External Prevention Service accredited at the national level and approved by the Labor Foundation of Construction.

THOSE COMPANIES WITH UP TO 50 WORKERS WHOSE ACTIVITY IS NOT CONSIDERED OF SPECIAL RISK WILL BE EXEMPT FROM THE OBLIGATION TO SUBMIT TO AN AUDIT, sending the labor authority a notification about the concurrence of the causes that make the audit unnecessary, a procedure that our consulting service will help you carry out.
3. ADAPTATION TO THE ORGANIC LAW ON DATA PROTECTION
The data of clients, employees, suppliers... are considered, according to the Law, personal data, and are usually used and recorded by any company. The L.O.P.D. obliges companies to guarantee the proper use and security of said data. For this, it is necessary to determine the files affected by the Law according to their level of confidentiality (basic, medium and high), legalize it before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (A.E.P.D.) and adopt the appropriate security measures, creating and maintaining the so-called SECURITY DOCUMENT.
