According to Idealista.com's price index, the price of housing in Haría is experiencing one of the most sustained increases in Lanzarote.

If at the beginning of the year the average price per square meter in Lanzarote was 2,655 euros, in September it reached 2,937 euros, which is equivalent to an increase of more than 10%.

In the case of the municipality of Haría, where the average cost per square meter was just over 2,000 euros in January, prices have risen to 3,095 euros in September, representing an increase of 54%.

Despite the statistical effect that may have occurred with the publication of more expensive properties, the data gives an idea of how the real estate market is growing in the north of the island.

In Arrecife, the average cost per square meter is currently exactly 2,000 euros, 3.7% more than at the beginning of the year.

In Teguise, where prices were close to reaching 3,000 per square meter in March, they have fallen to 2,802 euros per square meter in September. The figure is still 8% more expensive than in January, when it stood at 2,593 euros.

Prices have also fallen in Tías compared to the summer, when the square meter exceeded 4,000 euros. Currently, it stands at 3,835 euros, 5.8% higher than at the beginning of the year when it stood at 3,622 euros.

Meanwhile, in the municipality of Yaiza, the square meter is at 3,819 euros, one hundred less since its peak this year in May, but 7% more expensive than in January when it was worth 3,566.

Idealista has not shared data for San Bartolomé or Tinajo as it does not have enough properties published to offer a realistic calculation.

The latest data from San Bartolomé is from June. At that time, the square meter was priced at 2,363 euros. In Tinajo, the latest figure offered by Idealista is from December of last year, when the square meter was priced at 1,700 euros.
