A citizen has reported the rupture of a water pipe in the town of Guinate in Haría. In the midst of the water crisis on the island of Lanzarote, a breakdown has meant the waste of a large amount of water since Sunday night.
According to La Voz, this is not the first time that an incident of this type has occurred in this same area. "They fixed it last week and today we woke up to this spectacle," a neighbor told La Voz.
"Imagine the amount of water that this pipe has thrown at that pressure," he added. To try to solve this situation, they have tried to contact Canal Gestión, but have indicated that "they are not answering the phone."
