Residents of the center of Arrecife denounce the "deplorable state" of Almirante Boado Endeiza street. Garbage accumulates around the containers on the road of the capital of Lanzarote, one of the neighbors complains to La Voz.
The citizen criticizes the recent removal of most of the containers from the street to place them on one of the nearby roads. "Two weeks ago they removed them to put them on Calle México." Reason why residents choose to accumulate waste in one of the containers they have left. "To avoid walking to Calle México, they prefer to leave the garbage next to the only glass container we have," he adds.
In addition, the woman recognizes that the road they have to take to deposit the garbage is uncomfortable. "It is a long distance to go to throw away the garbage." Something that "also affects the establishments in the area," she says.
