A reader has contacted La Voz to report that the vehicles circulating on Arrecife Avenue "exceed the speed limit by 2 and 3 times."
In addition, he criticizes the high volume of cars circulating in that area, as well as the number of "modified" vehicles that pass through the road that connects the Cabildo of Lanzarote with the Marina of Lanzarote. "Cars accelerate a lot in that section", says the reader, which could generate dangerous situations for the rest of the vehicles and for pedestrians.
Precisely, in that area an accident occurred last Sunday, in which a car ran over and injured a 57-year-old woman with moderate multiple contusions.
