A reader has contacted La Voz to report that a young man threw a stone at the windshield of her vehicle on Friday night in Argana, Arrecife.
The woman was driving along the road from the capital's neighborhood towards the ring road around 12:00 when someone threw a stone at the car, shattering the glass. "Besides the scare, this posed a danger to me and the cars that were circulating at that moment," she says.
"When I braked, I could see that it was a young person in a white sweatshirt and shorts who ran through the flowerpots at the beginning of Argana," the driver details.
The woman alerts other drivers to take extreme precautions if they pass through that area of Arrecife since "it could happen again." Also, the woman reported the events that same night and a patrol went to the scene.
